Some say that the higher the altitude the better the Malbec wines become in Argentina – and with this new wine of ours, we really cannot argue. From the Calingasta region which sits 1650 metres above sea level, the wine itself is superb.
Tasting Notes
Soft and velvety with an intense hit of ripe blackberries. It has notes of dark chocolate and a slight touch of black pepper which we always think is a great sign of a very good Malbec. It also has a very long and intense satisfying finish.
Accompaniments
This red pairs well with Sunday lunches.
