We find this Prosecco truly does turn everything it touches to gold; befitting of its namesake. The traditional Glera grape is grown by Midas on vines refreshed by the sea breezes of the Adriatic, with the wine’s extended four months on the lees adding texture, depth, flavour and complexity.

Tasting Notes

This delicate Prosecco is beautifully light in colour with tiny, spritzy bubbles which form a long-lasting mousse on the surface of every glass. The pleasant aroma has hints of apple, floral wisteria and acacia, with a lively, well-balanced flavour with a fruity finish.

Accompaniments

Perfect as an aperitivo or served alongside shellfish and creamy pasta dishes.
