Ruinart Blanc de Blancs includes some 25–30 different chardonnay crus, predominantly from the Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims, the Sézannais and La Vallée de la Vesle. They reflect the rich diversity of the Champagne terroir.
Tasting Notes
With intense aromas of fresh lemons and juicy pears which evolve into notes of ginger and pink peppercorns. On the palate, the tension is balanced with roundness, with a structure defined by sharp citrus.
Accompaniments
Pair this champagne with shellfish and other seafood dishes, especially oysters and sashimi.
