Tempus two pewter shiraz is a relatively new wine for us , and we are so impressed with it that we have decided to make it our wine of the month for November. Yours truly [ Andrew] recently shared a bottle at dinner with a friend and we were both really impressed with the smooth velvety tastes that complimented our steaks perfectly. If you prefer white wines they have a Tempus two Pinot Gris which is also superb.
This is a fabulous example of OZ Shiraz. Fruit flavours of cherry , blueberries and earthy plum. ideal with most red meats, chicken and cheese. The wine has fine tannins with a robust finish of great persistence . if you are Shiraz fan and love your Australian wines then this wine is an absolute must to try.

This is a must for the meat eaters, with the hint of berries and spices its one of my favorite reds of all time. I had afew friends over for a steak night and the only criticism was that i didnt have enough. I will be stocking up.
