This fabulous Spanish Rioja has been in production since 1898 in the Briones region of Rioja. Made from tempranillo grapes it is fermented in stainless steel drums to enhance the red berry fruit character. It does what Rioja does best …a touch of oak…..whisper of tobacco and a huge nod to tradition.

It is a typical Spanish red wine that is all about charm . depth and friendly finesse. it pairs beautifully with most red meats .
