This is a very top drawer superior wine from the Sarmenti region of Southern Italy.

It has a deep ruby red colour with a velvety sheen with aromas of red cherries and juicy plums. there are subtle floral notes remiiscent of pommegranite blossoms.

It is a full bodied wine  with a warm smooth texture. Rich black fruit concentration and a core freshness of gentle spice and soft tannins , make this an easy drinking but very much structured wine. It has along smooth and aromatic lingering fruit finish………….superb!!!
