Archivio Primitivo – Puglia, Italy
A warm, full-bodied red with irresistible Southern charm.
Tasting Notes: Bursting with ripe raspberries, black cherries, and blueberries on the nose. Silky tannins and a round, velvety texture on the palate.
Finish: Hints of blackcurrant jam, plum, pepper, and vanilla linger beautifully.
Winemaking: Traditional fermentation with malolactic finesse, aged in oak barrels for depth.

Lu Zitu Primitivo – Salento IGP, Puglia
A bold and expressive red from the vineyards of Southern Italy.
Tasting Notes: Deep aromas of ripe blackberries, sweet spice, and a hint of balsamic. On the palate, it’s velvety and full-bodied, with rich layers of black cherry, cocoa, and a touch of vanilla from oak aging.

Lianto Primitivo – Salento, Puglia
A bold yet balanced red from the sun-drenched heel of Italy.
Tasting Notes: Spicy black fruit dominates—think blackberries, plums, and pomegranate—with subtle floral and herbal undertones. A core of freshness keeps the palate lively despite its full-bodied intensity.
Style: Structured, warm, and aromatic
Winemaking: Crafted by Schola Sarmenti using ancient Alberello vine training and organic practices
