Archivio Primitivo – Puglia, Italy

A warm, full-bodied red with irresistible Southern charm.

  • Tasting Notes: Bursting with ripe raspberries, black cherries, and blueberries on the nose. Silky tannins and a round, velvety texture on the palate.
  • Finish: Hints of blackcurrant jam, plum, pepper, and vanilla linger beautifully.
  • Winemaking: Traditional fermentation with malolactic finesse, aged in oak barrels for depth.
  • Pairing: Swordfish steaks, lamb, or mature hard cheeses.
  • ABV: 13.5% | Producer: Tombacco | Region: Puglia

Lu Zitu Primitivo – Salento IGP, Puglia

A bold and expressive red from the vineyards of Southern Italy.

  • Tasting Notes: Deep aromas of ripe blackberries, sweet spice, and a hint of balsamic. On the palate, it’s velvety and full-bodied, with rich layers of black cherry, cocoa, and a touch of vanilla from oak aging.
  • Style: Smooth, warming, and generous
  • Alcohol: 13% ABV
  • Pairing: Grilled meats, aged cheeses, rustic pasta, or simply savored fireside
  • Name Meaning: “Lu Zitu” translates to “The Boyfriend”—a charming nod to its romantic, soulful characte

Lianto Primitivo – Salento, Puglia

A bold yet balanced red from the sun-drenched heel of Italy.

  • Tasting Notes: Spicy black fruit dominates—think blackberries, plums, and pomegranate—with subtle floral and herbal undertones. A core of freshness keeps the palate lively despite its full-bodied intensity.
  • Style: Structured, warm, and aromatic
  • Winemaking: Crafted by Schola Sarmenti using ancient Alberello vine training and organic practices
  • ABV: 13%
  • Pairing: Duck, lamb, tomato-rich pasta, or vegan dishes with garlic and herbs
  • Vibe: Rustic elegance with a modern twist—perfect for those who love depth without heaviness
