Jean-Marc Brocard’s vineyards are now managed by his son Julien, who strives to produce Chablis that reflects the typical mineral character of this famous terroir.
Tasting Notes
A good balance between fruit and acidity, with good length and very elegant, this wine is a fine example of well-made Chablis. An excellent flinty, mineral fruit style typical of the Chardonnay grape from Chablis.
Accompaniments
Enjoy this dry white wine alongside creamy seafood dishes for a wonderful contrast.
