Another fantastic wine from the Aromo winery in the Maule Valley region of Chile. Fresh and aromatic, this Sauvignon Blanc is unoaked, allowing the crisp flavours of the grape to shine through.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow in colour with young and bright with soft green tints. Aromas of fine grassy notes with gooseberry and citrus. The palate is youthful with fresh well balanced acidity that naturally works with the fruits – gooseberry, tropical fruits, lemon, tangerine and grapefruit. There is an underlying ripeness leading to a rounded finish.

Accompaniments

Caesar salads, chicken salad, grilled fish and seafood, soft cheeses.
