Tasting Notes

This light pink Rosé has a beautiful intensity with aromas of redcurrants, raspberries and crushed fruits, and is fresh and light on the palate.

Accompaniments

Wonderful was an aperitif, this Rosé matches very well with a veal tartare with olive oil from Provence. Alternatively, serve alongside tapas, anchovies, sushi, salad and grilled fish.
