This Italian Rosé from the Castelli stable of wines is fabulous. We are great fans of the Castelli Vineyards as they consistently produce top-drawer wines at very reasonable prices.

Tasting Notes

Light pink in colour, this fresh, aromatic rosé wine has hints of strawberry and peach on the nose. Light tannins combine with high acidity to create a dry, rounded, easy drinking wine. On the palate, you’ll find the character of stone fruits with a touch of citrus and a refreshing finish.

Accompaniments

Pair with grilled salmon and fresh green salads.
