Tasting Notes

A still dry white wine. Brilliant yellow robe with green tints. Flower nose with notes of hawthorn, acacia, but also citrus fruit. Round and mineral wine in the mouth with a grapefruit finish.

Accompaniments

Perfect with shellfish, crustacean, fish or simply as an aperitif with or without blackcurrant or blackberry cream.
