Produced by Break out the Banshee in the hot climate of southern France, where the vineyards lie on clay-limestone soil and the grapes are kept fresh as they bathe in the sun. Cooling sea and mountain breezes nurture the grapes, allowing them to develop the delicate fruit and blossom aromas characteristic of the area.
